I don't know what to say

I took them along with the green tea pills and they made me sweat a lot but that's it. I didn't notice anything different. I bought them to help me with my fat loss and I didn't notice anything different.

Me las tomaba junto con las pastillas de té verde y me hacían que sudase mucho pero ya está. no noté nada diferente. Me las compré para que me ayudasen en mi perdida de grasa y no noté nada diferente.

I have been consuming it for a few days and I have noticed a slight appetite regulating effect, I do not know if it is because of the substance (or chromium) or placebo effect. If it lowers the appetite it helps to eat less and therefore lose fat, but I do not know if it is because of the substance itself. I combine it with intermittent fasting and caffeine, the synergistic effect could be greater. It is a pill, neutral flavor.

He estado consumiendo durante unos días y sí que he notado un ligero efecto regulador del apetito, no sé si es por la sustancia (o el cromo) o efecto placebo. Si baja el apetito ayuda a comer menos y por tanto perder grasa, pero no sé si es por la sustancia en sí. Lo combino con ayuno intermitente y cafeína, el efecto sinérgico podría ser mayor. Es una pastilla, sabor neutro.
