Isolated soy protein
My favorite protein. I liked almost every flavor I tried and started using it instead of traditional whey even though I'm not vegan or vegetarian and have no stomach problems. Excellent macros.

It's worth it. The texture is a bit expressive, but just add more water and it's fine. Easy to dissolve. I loved the Chocolate and Hazelnut, Mango - Matcha and Strawberry flavors. I didn't like the Speculoos, Apple flavor very much.
Vale a pena. A textura é um pouco expressa, mas basta acrescentar mais água e fica bom. Fácil dissolução.
Adorei o sabor, bombom De Chocolate E Avelã, de Manga - Matcha, e de Morango.

Good proteins
The proteins are of very good quality, I'm just not very convinced by the flavors, which are too sweet for my palate. I prefer the unflavored version, it's my favorite and also suits me very well.
Las proteínas son de muy buena calidad, solo que no me convencen mucho los sabores, bastante dulces para mi paladar. Prefiero la versión sin sabor, es mi favorita y además me sienta muy bien.

Pack with good value for money
The pack is the best option to try different flavors besides trying the samples. The 500 grams format seems to me ideal to be able to take them on a trip and not to lose the flavor.

I have been taking these shakes for a long time. I have crohn's disease and since I've been taking these shakes, I don't have so many abdominal pains, and my quality of life has improved a lot. The flavors are great, and I love the variety they have.
