There's a big difference between normal melatonin and this sequential release. It's more natural and has a faster effect.

Effective

Many times it may seem that it is a placebo effect, but in my case it has worked most of the times I have taken it, especially on the days I have had more work during the day. Highly recommended.

Helps me fall asleep
