I am an occasional user of melatonin, and its consumption is always positive for falling asleep. Perhaps the sequential release prolongs its effects a little more, but I do not notice much difference.

I bought it because I was very sleepless at night and I was told that the sequential melatonin was very good. In fact I have already bought two bottles because it works great for me.

I recommend it all the time

I have been taking the product for several months and in my case it helps me to fall asleep, I do not chew it but let it melt in my mouth as I fall asleep and as it works very well I recommend it to my friends and family.

I take it together with regular melatonin, to fall asleep quickly and maintain melatonin levels, because with regular melatonin I sometimes woke up.

The difference I notice with this melatonin is that it takes effect gradually, it lasts throughout the night and although at a particular time it is not as powerful as the other, but its effects are maintained throughout the night.
