My tip - mix a package of low-fat quark with 2 tablespoons of mineral water and the flavor powder - this makes a super delicious dessert without unnecessary calories with lots of protein. The flavor chocolate peanut is one of my favorites.

I had been hesitating all year whether to order it or not and finally I did it with the white chocolate and coconut flavor. It's very tasty and it's good for protein as well as yogurt or in the bike bottle. I still find it a bit expensive, but once you order it, it's fine.

I purchased this chocolate flavoring to add to my neutral hydrolyzed proteins...at first taste the limpression was: wow !!! and I immediately thought that there was nesquik inside and that I would send my caloric mount into a malfunction.
