Best supplement to lower cortisol

Since I discovered this plant, I sleep much better and my cortisol levels have dropped quite a bit. One pill is enough. Don’t overdo it to avoid intolerance. If you mix it with magnesium (citrate), you’ll get very lucid dreams.
