I subscribe
This is the real cinnamon from Sri Lanka. The other cinnamon, the fake one, cassia is only similar in taste. In fact, it is rich in coumarin which can be toxic to the liver. The Ceylon Cinnamon regulates the level of glucose in the blood. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer properties, lowers cholesterol levels and is especially beneficial for diabetics.

Ceylon cinnamon powder
To sweeten in a healthy way.
The best and healthiest option to sweeten coffee, smoothies or other beverages. Much better than cassia cinnamon.

The best cinnamon
This Cinnamon is a marvel, the flavor is spectacular. I am a big fan of cinnamon. I use it for almost all my desserts, cereals, milk, rice pudding, custard and I love it. I can not miss in my pantry this HSN cinnamon.

Great value for money
If you use cinnamon, having a pack of these comes in handy and you forget about shopping.
