I eat cinnamon every day and I eat a lot of it. I used to use a good brand that I loved. Today I tried yours and I'm amazed at the taste, it's super good, not bitter at all and much sweeter. I even got scared and went to see if it had added sugars because it's so sweet. Wonderful, no doubt I'll always use this one.

I love cinnamon
And among the HSN options this is my favorite to accompany a rice pudding or sweeten pure cocoa for example. I also have the other option of the more concentrated 30:1 cinnamon, which I use more for its antioxidant power to accompany breakfasts, but the Ceylon has more flavor than the ones we are used to, so I mix both in the same container and it is perfect for me.
