Usual pre-race supplement
I like the taste, although it is very sweet. As a pre-workout for running it helps to go as more comfortable with the pulse and gives the feeling of away fatigue. On race weeks I usually do 5-6 day loads and it shows. Supplement always on my shopping list when in stock.

It works
Perfect caffeine-free pre-workout. It allows you to train full of energy and does not affect the night's rest. The punch flavor is very good.

Good pre-training
It's great, the effect is noticeable and the flavors are perfect, not so sweet. At home we mix it with more citrulline and it's a bomb.
