Good energizing power for pre-workouts, take it about 40 minutes before starting to train and you will see the changes, but I do not recommend using it very often because the body gets used to it, it is not as powerful as others in its range, however do not take it late in the afternoon because you may not sleep if you are very sensitive as in my case.

Buen poder energizante para pre entrenos, tomarlo unos 40 minutos antes de empezar a entrenar y verás los cambios, pero no recomiendo usarlo muy de seguido ya que el cuerpo se acostumbra, no es tan potente como otros de su gama, sin embargo no lo tomes a última hora de la tarde porque puedes no dormir si eres muy sensible como es mi caso.
