Useful
I bought them for running outings longer than 1h. They are small and take up very little space. If you want a gel-like texture, these are yours. But if you prefer a more liquefied texture, then you better try the hydrogel ones.

No digestive problems
They more than fulfill their function without upsetting the stomach. I have tried several flavors and I usually buy them without caffeine in my case.

Always in my jersey
I generally like any flavor and the result is very noticeable. They are easy to digest and for me, that is something very important, since you don't need to drink water for minutes, to be able to digest them well.

Carbohydrates in smaller proportion
I always used to buy these until I started using Maxigel with a higher carbohydrate ratio, which is why I prefer them and it is not essential to use water for their consumption.
