I find it super interesting that it is native casein with a high percentage of micelles, which indicates that it is an excellent option for slower absorption, ideal before bedtime or between long meals. Also, the fact that it is low in sugars and fats makes it perfect for maintaining balance in the diet. I also like that they opted for sunflower lecithin instead of soy.
