Protein hummus powder

Ideal format-composition-flavor

Perfect because it allows to prepare, in a moment a hummus with a brutal composition for those who decide or need to prioritize protein over carbohydrates or use it in recipes without the need to have it fresh, being dry it is preserved longer and you do not pay the water contained in the legume itself. The taste of lentils, quite neutral, good for adding spices or even sweet.

Protein hummus powder

Convenient

Realistically the taste is too far from a good hummus, but don't forget that it is very convenient and easy to take. It's always ready and won't expire like the hummus you can make at home.

Protein hummus powder

Quick and easy

It is prepared very quickly and is quite successful, you can notice the taste of chickpea flour but you add a little sweet paprika, salt and oil and it is very authentic.

Protein hummus powder

It is well

I bought the lentil one. Probably the original chickpea one is better, but for lentil it fits the taste and price pretty well. It looks like hummus bought in a supermarket.

Protein hummus powder

I have to keep testing

Texture very sandy, the flavor is rich but the texture does not please me, I will keep trying to see if I get the trick of how to prepare it better.

Protein hummus powder

Poor taste

It tastes quite floury, if you add spices or some other ingredient it improves. I would also add tahini or sesame to make it more like hummus.

Good product at a good price

Good way to get protein into your diet, in a different way than whey protein. Tastes good.

Protein hummus powder

Rich and practical

Rich and practical, it is ready for when you want to make hummus. Of course, you have to dress it. I recommend keeping an eye on what other customers say and take note of what they add.

Protein hummus powder

Better homemade hummus.

I didn't really like the taste or texture, I prefer homemade hummus but for traveling it can be a good option.

Protein hummus powder

Not one of my favorites.

The flavor is quite intense, but not bad. Good texture and the truth is that it is very filling.
