Effective for relaxation
I use it before bed, and it helps me fall asleep early—it's very effective if you have trouble sleeping.

It works
Hi, I take it 30 minutes before I go to sleep. My problem is that I wake up at night and don't sleep, now I wake up and fall asleep more easily. It has worked for me to sleep better.
Hola!

I recommend it 100%.
For those days when your head is smoking and you can't stop thinking about something and it's hard to get to sleep, it's usually very useful.

For moments of anxiety
It helps me on those days when I can't control my anxiety. After a while of taking it I feel calmer and I can carry the day better. I only take it on the days when I see that my anxiety gets the better of me.

Very good
The best thing about this store is undoubtedly the RAW range and its prices!!!! May hydrobeef come back and may your main sweetener, sucralose, be replaced by other healthier ones!!!!
