Since I'm lactose intolerant, my nutritionist recommended this yeast, which is a good substitute for grated cheese. I like the cheese flavor, light and delicate. I just wish the flakes were a bit bigger.

I found the flavor a bit strong, but for adding it to cooked dishes it is perfect. It does not convince me to sprinkle it as if it were grated cheese, but it does convince me to include it in food when it is cooked (for example a carbonara).
