I did not notice anything special

I've been using supplements for a few months now and 2 months ago I included Maca, which worked great for me. I feel super willing, I highly recommend it!

Anti-sophocals and energy

Ideal for menopause. It helps with hot flashes and gives energy. I have been taking it daily for months and I notice relief from menopausal symptoms (combined with sage). I recommend it.

Ideal para la menopausia. Ayuda con los sofocos y da energía. Yo la tomo diariamente desde hace meses y noto un alivio con respecto a los síntomas de la menopausia (combinada con salvia). La recomiendo.

Testing the product

I have been familiar with maca for a long time although I used to take it in powder form, I hope this one has the same effects since the fact of taking it with only one pill a day makes it much more attractive.

Hace tiempo que conozco la maca aunque la tomaba en formato en polvo, espero que esta tenga los mismos efectos ya que el hecho de tomarla con una sola pastilla al día lo hace mucho más atractivo.

The push I needed

I started taking it on the recommendation of a friend and the truth is that I am very happy, my work is stressful and tiring and it gives me the energy I need to get through the day. I also notice it in my libido. For me, it's 10 out of 10.
