It is a little inconvenient to use them at the beginning but they come in handy when you are learning the correct technique of execution of certain exercises. I was using them because I had discomfort and after a few months I no longer need them but they did their job.

I have used the wrist straps and they do the job, they have good velcro fasteners and provide good wrist support when lifting higher amounts of weight than I might normally do. The grey camouflage design is nice but that is clearly a subjective opinion.
