These are an excellent choice for me. I already notice my hair is stronger, and beginning to feel thicker too. My nails are growing long, and strong, - have even survived, without breaking , me re-grouting two of the tiled walls in a bathroom! The tablets are easy to take, and tasteless. Recommended.
