Zinc picolinate (22 mg zinc)

Zinc

I liked the zinc—it's a good value for the price and quality—and it doesn't disappoint. After taking it, I've already noticed some positive effects.

Nota alguns efeitos positivos

Zinc picolinate (22 mg zinc)

Good

I have been taking it together with selenium for hair for a short time, it is too early to say anything, what I can say is that it is a time when hair falls out a lot and this spring nothing, and my hair is too thin and scarce due to a hormonal treatment I had and it is weak and this year at least it is not falling out.

Zinc picolinate (22 mg zinc)

Good product

I bought the zinc picolinate on the dermatologist's advice to strengthen the hair and because it is the best absorbed zinc. I found it convenient and effective.

P.zinc

Picolinate is supposedly very bioavailable, I can't compare. The packaging would be better opaque. Fast delivery.
