PACK EVOCLEAR HYDRO + EVONATIVE CASEIN (Lacprodan® Micelpure™)

Protein for every moment

As a faithful follower of the strategy of respecting the timing of nutrients, I love this pack. If you don't know what it's all about, it's basically that if I'm going to train on an empty stomach, I want to take an ultra-fast absorbing protein as well as a light one, so that in a few minutes I can go to workout without discomfort or having to wait for digestion. On the other hand, when we want to go slower, or it is our last intake, I look for a slow-release amino acid intake, and that is also satiating (I take the casein with a spoon).

Como fiel seguidor de la estrategia de respetar el timing de los nutrientes, este pack me encanta. Si no sabéis de qué se trata, pues es básicamente que si voy a entrenar en ayunas, quiero tomar una proteína de ultra-rápida absorción además de ligera, para que en pocos minutos pueda irme a entrenar sin molestias ni tener que esperar a la digestión. Por otro lado, cuando queremos ir más despacio, o bien es nuestra última ingesta, busco un aporte de lenta liberación de aminoácidos, y que además sea saciante (me tomo la caseína con cuchara).
