How to prepare these proteins?

For Evoclear Hydro we recommend using a shaker to avoid lumps. Once mixed, let the shake rest for a few seconds so the foam from shaking disappears. Enjoy a delicious and light protein juice!
For Evonative Casein you can use a shaker or not, since you can prepare it in a bowl with a spoon without special tools and it will turn out amazing. Your call:
