So far so good

I have been taking it for a few months and so far so good, I have tried creapure which is a little more expensive but I have not noticed the difference, the only downside I put is having to take three capsules a day.

Llevo unos meses tomándola y de momento todo bien, he probado la creapure que es un poco más cara pero no he notado la diferencia, la única pega que pongo es la de tener que tomar tres cápsulas al día.

Good format for travel

I mainly take HSN creatine in powder form, but on trips I take the capsule format to avoid having to carry the powder around, just as effective in capsules.
