More than does the job for cutting or keto. The texture is a pleasant surprise: it’s fluffy, holds up well to juices and doesn’t fall apart in your hand. One thing to bear in mind is that it’s a bit smaller than a standard store-bought bun. That said, to get the most out of it, you really need to pop it in the toaster or air fryer; it gets a 200 boost in flavour, texture and crunch.
Cumple de sobra para definición o keto. Sorprende la textura: es esponjoso, aguanta bien los jugos y no se deshace en la mano. Como punto a tener en cuenta, el tamaño es algo más compacto que el de un pan comercial estándar. Eso sí, para sacarle el máximo partido es obligatorio darle un toque de tostadora o freidora de aire; gana un 200 en sabor, consistencia y crujiente.
