Very tasty
This sauce is quite good and successful, although as a cheese lover I would say it would be even better if it had more cheese flavor.

Good for burgers
When tasting it on its own, I have to say that the bell pepper flavor stands out (in my opinion too much). However, I put it on a hamburger to try it out and I have to say that it really gives the feeling of cheddar. In terms of texture and consistency, it's perfect.
Ao provar de forma isolada, devo dizer que sobressai o sabor a pimento ( na minha opinião em demasia) no entanto, coloquei num hambúrguer para experimentar e devo dizer que dá mesmo a sensação de cheddar. A nível de textura e consistência está perfeito.
