Perfect as a spread or to eat by spoonfuls.

I loved it. Intense and natural flavor, nothing artificial, and a smooth texture that makes it perfect both for spreading and for use in desserts. It is not excessively sweet and you can tell it is made with good quality pistachios. I have used it on toast, yogurts and even to give a special touch to a cake, and in all cases it has been a success.

Pistachio cream as it is, it is not sweet because it has no sugar, great, but it is more bitter than the rest. I bought it to try it but it is not one of my favorites.

Possibly because it does not have too many additives it loses a little sweetness and gains the bitterness of the pistachio, but it is quite good.

Excellent pistachio cream without added sugar at a more than correct price despite the price increase of this material. It would be nice if they made a more liquid format as it is a bit thick as they do with almond, cashew or peanut.
