Gets you out of trouble
For those days when you can't get anything, you heat up one of these and you're good to go... it gets you out of a tight spot and it's very tasty, I've read somewhere that it has a small amount, but I'm not a big eater, so it satiates me perfectly... I think it's super good.

Protein
I took it with me for breakfast in class, it's very good and the best part is that I don't take my protein shake with me since it has 30g of protein in the chicken in hot sauce dish.
