Vitamins D3+K2 - An essential vitamin supplement for the bones
Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 2000IU / 100mcg by EssentialSeries is a reduced Vitamin D version of our Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 4000IU / 100mcg product.
It is a more versatile version for people who do not require as concentrated a supply as the 100mcg of Cholecalciferol, and who prefer the 2000 International Units (50mcg) as a presentation more adaptable to the needs of the months with greater sun exposure, such as summer or spring, or in cases where other vitamin D supplements are consumed in the diet.
The combination of vitamin d and vitamin k is synergistic and has many important properties that you shouldn't miss.

Highly active and bioavailable vitamin forms
Not all forms of vitamins are the same.
Vitamin D2 or ergocalciferol is established as a less desirable form of vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol for each of the vitamin's functional properties.
Similarly, vitamin K is available as K1 (phytomenadione) or K2 (menaquinone), with K2 being the most effective; it also has sub-lengths that vary in effectiveness, with MK-7 (menaquinone-7) being the most effective of all. This is the form we use in our supplement.
You can read more about this in the literature references at the end of this product description. Multiple researchers over the years have devoted time and financial resources to verify which forms of vitamins and minerals are most effective in improving human nutritional status.
Clean label development - Without cosmetic additives
We do not use cosmetic additives in HSN formulas, what does this mean?
This means that in addition to containing only the minimum number of necessary additives, our developments do not contain ingredients that are added to improve the appearance of, for example, capsules.
The aesthetics of the products are natural because we don't want to add unnecessary additives that we don't need. We prefer to offer products that give you only what you are looking for, so you can use them with peace of mind and safety.
At HSN we follow good manufacturing practices.
High concentration without increasing capsule size
Thanks to the careful control of the density of the vitamin compounds, the concentration of the nutrients contained in each vegetable capsule is maximised.
This is outstanding, as it allows us to offer large amounts of vitamins, such as the combination of D3+K2, in just one capsule, which does not need to be large.
Enjoy a more convenient way of use with only one highly concentrated capsule a day.
In vegetable capsules - Gelatine-free - Suitable for vegan diets
Some time ago, we decided to get rid of more than 95% of our gelatine coatings, keeping them almost exclusively in some of the soft capsules in our catalogue.
Our capsules are now vegetable ones since they are made with a vegetable derivative of cellulose, making them completely suitable for vegan diets, because why should a product stop being vegan just because its capsule is not?
At HSN we say no! Enjoy your vegan supplements with certified quality.
With the best raw materials
At HSN we use the best raw materials for the manufacture of our food supplements.
This ensures that not only are the vitamins we use the best possible forms but that they are also pure, top-quality presentations of the micronutrients provided.
A vitamin complex that is simple but loaded with properties
The combination of vitamins D3 and K2 is a classic.
This 'classic' was created from the synergistic functional properties between the two micronutrients, as both vitamins contribute to the health of bone tissue and are necessary.
Firstly, vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and once absorbed contributes to the maintenance of normal calcium levels in the blood.
Both vitamins, both vitamin d and vitamin k contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Combine it with other vitamins and minerals!
The vitamin D3+K2 combo can be combined with other food supplements of all kinds, as they have no known negative interactions with other common compounds.
We recommend you use them together with important nutrients for bone tissue such as:
And other vitamins such as B-Complex: B-50 Complex or Ultra B-Complex.
It's up to you what to combine it with!
