Ultra B-Complex from EssentialSeries is a vegan tablet dietary supplement based on a complex of B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12) and Myo-inositol.
The B group vitamins form a set of water-soluble vitamins.
Ultra B-Complex is a product 100% suitable for use in vegetarian and vegan diets.

Tiamina (Vitamina B1)
- The thiamine contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.
- The thiamine contributes to normal functioning of the heart.
Riboflavina (Vitamina B2)
- The riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of red blood cells in normal conditions.
Niacina (Vitamina B3)
- The niacin helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Ácido pantoténico (Vitamina B5)
- The ácido pantoténico contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Biotina (Vitamina B7)
- The biotin contributes to the maintenance of hair in normal conditions.
Ácido fólico (Vitamina B9)
- Supplementary intake of ácido fólico increases maternal folate levels. A low amount of maternal folate is a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus.1
Cobalamina (Vitamina B12)
- The vitamin B12 contributes to normal functioning of the immune system.
