My personal opinion, contrary to most, is that the taste is extremely bitter. I have tried various dosages to see if that was the problem, but the result is the same; whether I use too much or too little, it is still very bitter, which I am not happy with. Yogurts with this product taste bitter, coffee too. Everything is bitter.

Not for me
It is exactly what it promises. However, it is not for me. Being 100% pure, with very little amount of product it starts to become quite bitter, which makes it difficult to use. I think I will try other sweeteners.

With a very small amount it sweetens a lot, and does not leave a cloying taste, but you have to put the exact amount, I think the presentation should be in a jar with a dispenser because the powder is very fine and it is difficult to open and close the container without wasting product. But in terms of quality it is perfect.
