    Take a half and if not effective, take another half

    I recommend taking a half, a whole one for when you don't have to wake up and can sleep the next day, otherwise your head is heavy from lack of sleep.

    Recomiendo tomar media, una entera para cuando no tienes que despertarte y puedes dormir al día siguiente, sino la cabeza está pesada por falta de sueño.

    Very effective.

    I bought it because it comes in tablet form and not capsule, I can split it and take half the dose. Even so, with 0.5mg I notice its effect very much, 20 minutes after taking it I start to notice its effect and it keeps me asleep all night.

    Lo compré porque al venir en formato pastilla y no capsula, puedo partirla y tomar la mitad de la dosis. Aun así, con 0,5mg noto muchísimo su efecto, 20 minutos después de tomarla ya empiezo a notar su efecto y me mantiene dormida toda la noche.
