I needed a supplement to help me with my rest and I was advised Magnesium Bisciglinate. I have an autoimmune disease and since I have been using it (a few days ago) I have rested much better, without so many involuntary contractions in the muscles that ruined my night's rest, I take it half an hour before going to sleep. I hope it will continue to help me for a long time.

Tengo una enfermedad autoinmune y desde que lo utilizo (hace unos días) he descansado mucho mejor, sin tantas contracciones involuntarias en los músculos que arruinaban my descanso nocturno, lo tomo media hora antes de ir a dormir. It tastes like lightning, but it is pure magnesium bisglycinate with no other ingredients added. I mix it with a little vit C powder to improve the taste.

Sabe a rayos, pero es magnesio bisglicinato puro sin ningún otro ingrediente añadido. Yo lo mezclo con un poco de vit C en polvo para mejorar el sabor.

A basic for my combo before going to sleep, I take it together with grifonia and glycine. It helps me sleep much better, almost straight through. I don't miss it. I recommend it. If the taste is bad, the glycine somewhat disguises it.

Bitter but it works

I had to go through reviews to see if it arrived spoiled or if it tasted that bad. I personally find it very hard to swallow because I find it incredibly bitter. On the other hand it works well and I rest better at night, I also recover better after workouts. With lemon juice, it hides a little bit....

Tuve que meterme en opiniones para ver si me llego estropeado o sabia así de mal. A mi personalmente me cuesta muchísimo tragarlo porque me resulta increíblemente amargo. Por otro lado funciona bien y descanso mejor por las noches, también recupero mejor tras entrenos. Con zumo de limón disimula un poco....
