Excellent source of calories
Sixty-something grams of maltodextrin in 300mL of a fruit smoothie or in a glass of milk protein isolate has a fairly neutral taste. However, they add 200 kcal, which is exactly what I wanted. The digestibility is excellent and the taste goes with everything (fruit, peanut butter, whey). The packaging opens well, but you have to be careful to seal it tightly.
