Fantastic and efficient

It is not an aggressive burner but it is the one that works best for me. I notice longer term results but more noticeable than other thermogenics.

It did not have much effect

I tried it for that extra help with weight control and it didn't work as I expected, although my partner did well. One downside is that the capsules, being soft, end up sticking to the end of the bottle.
