Fructose powder

Good product

I use it when I go cycling or running. It mixes really well with water and maltodextrin.

Fructose powder

Good product at a good price

I use it to make homemade gels for long runs. I don't find the packaging very convenient, so I've transferred it to a jar. It does sometimes form lumps, but I guess that's down to the type of product. For the price, it does the job and I'd buy it again.

Micronised fructose

Good quality for the price, you can’t find large packs in supermarkets and it works really well for training as long as you use it properly

Fructose powder

Good for mixing your own drink mix.

Very good product to mix your own power drink. Recommendation is to mix it in a plastic container (1 kg) for later use.

Recurring Purchase

It's a staple in my pantry; I use it to make a 1:0.8 solution for homemade isotonic drinks and gels.
