Great protein, might not be necessary

Protein is super smooth, mixes really well. But Im more of the opinion that whey concentrate is the ideal choice unless youre really sensitive to lactose. 1. Its less expensive 2. Its got a more complete profile of bioactive compounds 3. It already digests super fast - making it even purer as isolate also ups the GI - insulin spikes arent really great too often.

Ideal quality and price, but when translating the flavors they should be a little more accurate, when I read that it was cream cake flavor I understood something like cream flavored, it turns out that it is custard flavor, which is obviously not the same as cream cake.
