Very top casein
The first time I buy casein, after reading many comments I decided for this one and it was a success, spectacular cookie flavor, both more liquid and thicker than very rich. I am not used to sweeteners, with milk I find it very sweet, with water better. It is very satisfying, I take it after training, wanting to try new flavors.
La primera vez que compro caseina, tras leer muchos comentarios me decidí por esta y fue un acierto, sabor a galleta espectacular, tanto más líquida como más espesa que muy rica. No estoy acostumbrado a edulcorantes, con leche me resulta muy dulce,con agua mejor. Sacia mucho, yo la tomo después del entreno, deseando probar nuevos sabores.

It is a little thick
I have been taking it for a short time. The shake is a little heavier than the rest of the proteins but I really like to prepare it and put it in the fridge, it stays as if you were custard. I bought vanilla and if you add cinnamon or cocoa powder it is delicious.
Llevo poco tomandola. El batido es algo más pesado que el resto de proteínas pero me gusta mucho prepararlo y meterlo en el frigo, se queda como si fueses natillas.

It has become a staple for snacking
We use it to prepare a mid-afternoon smoothie with skimmed milk, it satiates and is delicious. The price is high but with the coupons and 2x1 very good. We have tried Catalan cream, cookie, strawberry and banana and all delicious. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Nos sirve para prepararnos un batidito a media tarde con leche desnatada, sacia y está riquísimo. El precio es elevado pero con los cupones y 2x1 muy bien. Hemos probado crema catalana, galleta, fresa y plátano y todos riquísimos.
