It was effective the first week.
I noticed effects of better rest and a slight increase in libido and mood the first week of taking it. Then my body seemed to get used to it and I didn't notice anything. I still finished the bottle for the ZMA.
Note efectos de mejor descanso y aumento ligero de libido y estado de animo la primera semana de tomarlo. Luego parece que mi cuerpo se acostumbraria y ya no notaba nada. Aun asi acabe el bote por el ZMA.

I take it before bedtime along with Omega 3 and the truth is that it doesn't feel bad at all. The only downside is that you have to take more than one pill a day, which is always a nuisance, but otherwise everything is fine.

Zinc bisglycinate is its most bioavailable form, magnesium citrate is also well absorbed. It would be a rounded product if instead of having vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride it had it in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), as this is its previously "activated" form and works much better. Even so, with the 240 capsule format, it is an unbeatable quality/price ratio.
