I take these capsules by recommendation to rest better after training and the truth is that the result is noticeable. The capsules are easy to swallow with water, as they are a good size. They come in an easy to store bottle.

I had been taking other similar supplements but this one has been especially good for me. Perfect size capsules (other supplements sometimes the capsule is bigger and it is difficult to swallow).
