A basic in the definition season
For me it is a basic in definition season, I take 3 capsules before going to sleep and I always combine it with L-arginine plus L-arnitine (in capsules). I also include tribulus. For before summer and during summer those 3 products are not missing.

I tried this product for the first time. i combined it with lashwagandha 500mg.... perfect pairing, it works for me so I confirm my purchase and will continue to use it for a long time, 30 min before going to sleep, more relaxed sleep but most importantly vigor, which I haven't seen in a long time, in the morning when I wake up.For those who are over 50 like me, but not only me, product absolutely to try.

I take these capsules by recommendation to rest better after training and the truth is that the result is noticeable. The capsules are easy to swallow with water, as they are a good size. They come in an easy to store bottle.
