Excellent
A must in my vegetarian life for all its benefits. I love taurine I use it for pre-workout because it gives me that power I need, once it takes effect I personally finish with my workouts and still feel energy for more, good antioxidant also and recuperator, from time to time I take it with caffeine powder also from HSN.

Well
I don't notice anything, because I take it with other things. But I guess it works. But for its price compared to the competition and from my experience, I'm satisfied.
No noto nada, porque lo tomo con otras cosas.
Pero supongo que funciona
Pero por su precio comparado con el de la competencia y por mi experiencia, estoy satisfecho.
