Good supplement to vitamin d

I bought it as a supplement to my vitamin D. It is a small capsule that is easy to swallow. I have ordered it again. The price is fair and so is the quality. However, I have not noticed any change in my body as there is or was no deficiency.

Hab es als Ergänzung zu meinen Vitamin D gekauft. Es ist eine kleine Kapsel, die man gut schlucken kann. Ich habe es wieder bestellt. Der Preis ist fair und die Qualität auch. Eine Veränderung im Körper konnte ich aber nicht feststellen, da kein Mangel vorliegt bzw. lag.

A basic for proper absorption of D3

I take it 1 hour after vitamin D3 to aid in its proper absorption. K2 is essential for calcium not to build up in the arteries and go to the bones, which is interesting even for cardiovascular health. Once I finish that bottle I will move on to D3 with K2 together.
