A discovery!

I decided to try this protein because of its low price compared to the usual ones. I really liked the salted caramel flavor. I would say that it is casein type thick, maybe not the best for drinking but for porridge and so on it goes great.

Decidí probar esta proteína por su precio contenido en comparación con las habituales. Me ha gustado mucho en sabor caramelo salado. Diría que espesa tipo caseína, tal vez no sea lo mejor para beber pero para porridge y demás va genial

Quite similar to soy protein. I tried the 30g vanilla sample. For the price I'll take the soy one, in terms of taste the whey ones.

In terms of value for money it is very good

The taste is good, I take it with water and I like it, with milk it is much better, the dissolution is also good and as for effectiveness, I will give my opinion later on.

El sabor es bueno yo me la tomo con agua y me gusta,con leche esta mucho mejor en cuanto a la disolucion tambien es buena y en cuanto a efectividad mas adelante dare mi opinion
