I use it in combination with pea protein, which is low in BCAAs. I also use them as an alternative to EEAA and on fasting days to avoid losing muscle. Also after training to avoid stiffness.

Effective but very bitter
It works quite well after training along with creatine and Glutamine but it has a super bitter taste, I add a little squeezed lemon and it goes great. You can feel the amino acids.
