Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

The end of cramps

I started taking them because I suffered from severe muscle cramps in my quadriceps when I relaxed at night after training. Since I started taking these capsules the cramps have disappeared, a must have.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

Perfect for trail

It fulfills its function well, I use them in mountain races and they are perfect for me. I like them better in capsules than in powder form for the convenience of taking them.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

Perfect for salt replenishment

In my case I use them to replenish salts in trail races. The capsule format is useful because you can put it in the water bottles before the start and take a few more for the rest of the race. Recommended to consume one every hour or so. Great value for money compared to other brands on the market.
