Excellent to take with water or other liquids that do not contain salts in endurance sports. In my case used for ultra Trail, to avoid cramps. You have to carry them in a small bottle that closes completely airtight because with the slightest contact with sweat or moisture they melt. They could also bring them out in individual format as those of 226ers, although in this format of 120 they are obviously much cheaper.

Hay que llevarlas en algún bote pequeño que cierre totalmente hermético pues con el mínimo contacto con el sudor o la humedad se deshacen.
Podrían sacarlas también en formato individual como las de 226ers, aunque es este formato de 120 son obviamente mucho más económicas.
