A plus

It is very noticeable especially on long bike rides to avoid cramps.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

More than recommended

I have been taking electrolytes for months due to a problem with my nervous system derived from the covid vaccine. To be honest it has become part of my diet, as it has helped me to strengthen the marrow from the inside and therefore, the attacks are less frequent and less intense. The taste is negligible since you only swallow one capsule, no more. Highly recommended, yes sir.

Evolytes (electrolyte salts)

Capsules too large

I was used to salt capsules from other brands, which are slightly smaller. These HSN ones are hard for me to swallow. I can't quantify their effectiveness (as well as that of other brands). The shots and strips. Very convenient to carry around and much cheaper than others.
