Very fine and soft flakes
Very mild flavor, texture and aroma. I personally like the thicker cut flakes. It is a superfood that I take every morning mixed with cocoa and cereals.

Interesting product!
The flavor and texture really make for an interesting breakfast and afternoon snack. I wanted to buy whole wheat ones...and indeed those arrived (although they were not available) You can pair them with milk, yogurt, cappuccino, etc. Definitely recommend!
Il sapore e la consistenza rendono la colazione e lo spuntino pomeridiano davvero qualcosa di interessante. Volevo acquistare quelli integrali...e in effetti quelli sono arrivati (anche se non erano disponibili) Puoi abbinarli al latte, allo yogurt, al cappuccino, etc. Da consigliare assolutamente!

It's always good to take it in large quantities, it's practical. Personally I take 3 kilos just to have some margin and I combine it with soya protein chocolate flavour, for the morning.
