Very good for allergy

I have stopped taking allergy pills

I have a pretty strong allergy to grasses and cuprisaceae (among other things...) and I tried it in February, which is when I start the allergy season, and it gave me a mild allergy. It was perfect, I didn't even notice it. I thought that for not very intense allergies it would work, but that in May, it would be something else. Fortunately, I was wrong and it went very well.

Tengo alergia bastante fuerte a las gramineas y cuprisaceas (entre otras cosas...) y probé en febrero que es cuando empiezo temporada con las alergias y me da suave. Fue perfecto, ni me enteré. Pensé que para alergia no muy intensa funcionaría, pero que en mayo, ya sería otra cosa. Me equivoqué, afortunadamente y ha ido muy bien.

I have taken up to 4 pills during times of severe allergies. Two in the morning and two at night. You have to be consistent and do not skip doses until you see improvements.

Perfect taken together with Bromelain

This year I had an allergy rebound and since I didn't want to take anything chemical because they have always left me feeling like shit, I was recommended to take this along with Bromelain and it has worked perfectly.
