Energy during the day

Since I take it I feel more energy during the day and I don't end up so exhausted at night. The taste is characteristic and I don't like it, but camouflaged with an infusion it goes well.

Desde que lo tomo noto más energía durante el día y no acabo tan agotada por la noche. El sabor es característico y a mí no me gusta pero camuflado con una infusión se toma bien.

Good energy and vitality booster.

I have been taking maca powder on an empty stomach or at breakfast and I notice extra vitality and stamina, especially on demanding days. The taste is earthy but does not bother if you mix it with shake or coffee. It is a natural help that you feel over time. Very happy with the results.
