Good supplement.
I use it in combination with Evovits, to have more magnesium intake with good bioavailability. It is difficult to pass the tablet because it is very large, I split it in two halves.

Excellent!!! I am experiencing the effectiveness already after a couple of days of taking it, along with melatonin (received as a gift), finding a noticeable improvement in sleep quality and energy upon waking in the morning! The only downside is perhaps the somewhat extra size of the capsules, which can give some trouble in swallowing them.

Although the capsules are a bit large, I totally recommend them, they have a good concentration of magnesium, so important for the body, I take them at night and they help me to fall asleep.

Huge tablet.
Price/quality ratio of the product: 10. Presentation: 1. I am sorry, but the only problem I see with the product is that it is very difficult to swallow at that size. It would be preferable to reduce the size and take 3 tablets instead of 2 while maintaining the price. And for the record, in general I am not in favor of taking too many tablets a day of a product but in this case I think it is essential.
Relación calidad precio del producto: 10. Presentación: 1. Lo siento, pero el único problema que le veo al producto es que es muy complicado de tragar con ese tamaño. Sería preferible disminuir el tamaño y tomar 3 tabletas en lugar de 2 manteniendo el precio. Y que conste que en general no soy partidario de hacer demasiadas tomas diarias de un producto pero en este caso me parece imprescindible.
