Magnesium citrate
Fulfills its function
They fulfill their function. They are a little big to swallow them all at once, but they are not very hard, so you can chew them and swallow them more easily. I weigh 90kg and I take one in the morning and one at night.

Excellent value for money
Product that fulfills its function, very good value for money. I recommend it both for athletes and for people who tend to have muscle contractures, for bones and joints.

Magnesium citrate
Very good value for money
Perfect to prevent the onset of cramps and for muscle recovery. The downside is that it is a rather large pill and hard to swallow.

Ideal but a little big
The size and roughness make them not easy to swallow. Ideal for the amount of magnesium, with one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon you reach the daily requirement. Thank you HSN.

Magnesium citrate
Outstanding value for money
HSN labs have a purity and transparency that very few do. In addition to being magnesium citrate which is the form of magnesium that is best absorbed, you know what you are taking because of its transparency in the data. The price is very low compared to what is on the market. I am very happy with the truth, it fulfills its function.
